Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 24th of August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the purchase of products from Mylky BV (“Mylky”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Company Information

Company number: 1002 835 983
Registered address: Bremstraat 54, 3620 Lanaken, Belgium
Email: support@mylky.co
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via our website.
If you are acting as a consumer within the meaning of applicable UK consumer protection law, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate.
However:
- minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur
- manifest errors or obvious mistakes may be corrected and are not binding, subject to applicable law
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. This will not affect orders for which a contract has already been concluded.
The products are designed and intended solely for normal domestic household use.
Customers must follow all safety, installation, and usage instructions provided with the product.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by failure to follow the provided instructions, improper installation, misuse, or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.
4. Formation of the Contract
After you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A purchase agreement is concluded when we send you a shipping confirmation confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- product unavailability
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- manifest pricing or technical errors
If payment has already been taken and we do not accept your order, a full refund will be issued without undue delay.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where legally required, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delivery costs and any additional charges will be clearly indicated before you place your order.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Ownership of the products transfers to you only once full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our website.
Any delivery times provided are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
We will deliver the goods without undue delay and within the delivery period agreed with you. Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver the goods no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If we fail to deliver within the applicable delivery period, you may require us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If we fail to deliver within that additional period, you may have the right to terminate the contract.
In certain circumstances, including where delivery by an agreed date was essential, you may have the right to terminate the contract without providing an additional delivery period.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are physically delivered to you or to a third party designated by you.
If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including events affecting logistics partners or customs authorities. Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and will inform you where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and contacting us as soon as reasonably possible if you notice any visible damage or missing items. Failure to inspect or notify us immediately does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Right to cancel (UK Consumers)
Consumers have the statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent to:
support@mylky.co
Effects of Cancellation
If you validly exercise your right to cancel:
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund any additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.
- We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide sufficient evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel, unless we have agreed to a longer return period.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Further practical information regarding return procedures, conditions, costs, and Mylky's voluntary extended return period is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
8. Legal Guarantee and Commercial Warranty
UK consumers have statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract. These rights are provided under applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and are not affected by our commercial warranty.
In addition to your statutory rights, Mylky provides a commercial warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects arising under normal household use.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Warranty claims should be submitted via support@mylky.co and should include your order number, a description of the defect, and, where reasonably possible, supporting photos or video.
Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the terms of our commercial warranty and any applicable statutory rights.
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with website functionality or security, or distribute malware or harmful technologies.
We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.

All intellectual property rights on the website and products, including trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software, remain the property of Mylky BV or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, Mylky shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business, or losses resulting from improper use of products.
Our total liability shall in any case be limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
12. Events beyond our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or transport failures.
Where such an event affects our ability to fulfil an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will inform you where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including any rights you may have to cancel the contract or receive a refund where applicable.
13. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Amendmentsn
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on our website with the revised date.
Material changes will not affect confirmed orders already placed.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any contracts concluded with Mylky are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@mylky.co so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law to bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction over the dispute.
